It was announced today (October 21, 2025) that Marathon Live has launched its Facilities Management Division. The Nashville-based full-service facility operator and promoter now offers a complete suite of services for existing, as well as prospective new live entertainment facilities throughout the U.S.
Marathon Live’s Facility Management Division–under the direction of company executives Mark Dinerstein, CEO, Casey Osburn, SVP Operations and Josh Billue, Chief Development Officer–takes a hands-on approach to working with each facility; catering to their distinctive needs. The wide array of services provided by the newly launched division includes general operations, talent buying, food & beverage management, sponsorship, marketing / social media, customer relationship management, ticketing, production operations & design, facility design & development amongst the many amenities. The program is specifically targeted toward venues looking to tap into a larger independent network and strategically reduce the increasing overheads many have been feeling since 2020.
“We are highly focused on leading the industry in creative efficiencies and lowering overheads without sacrificing a high-quality customer and artist experience,” says Marathon Live CEO Mark Dinerstein. “Our expectations are to integrate our successful practices and team members to share our reputation as a top operator in the small to midsize venue segment.”
Marathon Live is pleased to announce its first Facilities Management Division client with Tulips FTW, a 550-capacity state-of-the-art live music venue in Fort Worth, Texas. A staple of the city’s edgy Near Southside neighborhood known for its classic warehouse district patina, vibrant food, art and community.
“Marathon Live changes our dynamic, and we could not be more thrilled to start Tulips’ next chapter with them,” shares Tulips FTW owner Jason Suder. “For years, we have fought alongside our remarkable local music scene to make Fort Worth a premier destination for touring talent, producing unrivaled concerts like Shakey Graves, Sierra Ferrell, Big Freedia, Saosin and thousands more backed by the strength of Fort Worth’s own musicians. Being part of the Marathon Live network only validates our efforts, and this collaboration opens up a world of prowess and access to artists we could not have achieved on our own.”
